years of production experience to draw from — not theory
IC→Arch
the transition I've personally navigated and helped dozens of others make

I've mentored 75+ engineers across Capital One and Discover — in Kafka, AWS, microservices, cloud-native patterns, and career navigation. I believe the most valuable mentorship comes from lived production experience, not theory. I was shaped by people who took the time to share what they'd actually built and broken, and I try to pay that forward.

I work with senior engineers navigating the EB1A extraordinary ability process — I hold an approved EB1A myself and am a green card holder, so this comes from having done it, not from studying it secondhand.
